Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be spellbound by your purchase; if a product doesn't meet your expectations, we accept returns of gently used items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and a small restocking fee may apply to certain returns.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you along with a return authorization form to include in your package.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Carefully pack the products in their original ritual packaging or a sturdy box to ensure they arrive back to our studio safely.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
